ClariDDy.

The company office I needed.

I wanted to build companies. I found myself catching up on years of bookkeeping, tax work and financial statements. ClariDDy began with getting my own businesses back under control.

I built the first version for my own companies. Today I’m shaping it into a connected company office for business owners, finance teams and their advisors.

01 / The beginning

My own backlog became the brief.

I had a UG and a GmbH, with more than three years of accounting and tax work to catch up on. Some advisors declined; the quotes I received for both companies exceeded €30,000. Waiting for funding had left the work waiting, too. So I began building a way through it myself.

That first problem was mine. The bigger problem wasn’t.

The first version brought my own catch-up work together. What stayed with me was the time and attention this work takes from everyone responsible for a company. ClariDDy grew from that experience.

02 / The company office

One connected view of what needs doing.

Documents, bank movements, books and deadlines belong to the same company. I want the office to carry that context forward, so people can spend their attention on the decisions that need them.

03 / My work

The decisions behind the office.

Product

Start with the unfinished work.

A bank connection or a document upload is a beginning. I design around what needs to happen next: the missing context, the decision, the close and the record of what was completed.

Design

Make the next decision clear.

I want someone opening the office to understand what matters today. The interface brings the work, its source and the next step together, with the wider company still in view.

Development

Keep control with the person.

My standard is that an action has clear permission and a traceable outcome. Original records, approval and evidence belong in the same flow, especially when the work has consequences.

Part of Sapience

More room to run a company.

ClariDDy puts one part of my work with Sapience into practice: give people more ability to act by building systems that carry the complexity around them. Here, that starts with the company office.
